Following qualification from the University of Glasgow in 2013, Dr Nelson gained experience in both private and mixed dental practice before becoming a partner at Woodstock Dental. He is committed to furthering his education, focussing on orthodontics (teeth straightening), cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. Since 2013 he has gained numerous qualifications in general and aesthetic restorative dentistry, and more recently gained a Diploma in Clinical Orthodontics meaning he can offer a wide range of teeth straightening options for patients. Dr Nelson will carry out a full and thorough examination to ensure you have access to the best treatment options for a healthy smile. From white fillings to no-drilling composite bonding to restore worn and uneven teeth and invisible braces to straighten crooked teeth with Invisalign®, his goal is to ensure his patients feel confident and happy with their smile. In addition to this he also offers various facial aesthetic treatments such as lip fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments. He feels less is more and aims to achieve natural results for his patients.

Dr Caroline graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2007 and has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of general dentistry since. Having attained a number of post graduate qualifications in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, she is able to provide her patients with high quality, excellent dental care. As well as routine family dentistry such as dentures and children's dentistry, treatments of particular interest that Dr Caroline can offer include smile makeovers, teeth whitening, composite bonding and metal free fillings and crowns. In addition to this she is passionate about facial aesthetics, and will create a bespoke treatment plan for each of her patients to ensure beautiful, natural results. She enjoys building relationships with her patients with a relaxed and friendly style and looks forward to welcoming the patients of Woodstock Dental.

Having graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2003, and worked in Lanarkshire since 2005, Dr Gordon brings a wealth of experience with him to Woodstock Dental. Throughout his career, he has attained multiple postgraduate qualifications, continually advancing his skills in general and surgical dentistry, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. This means that he can offer a wide range of options for our patients to meet their dental needs. Dr Gordon is passionate about preventative dentistry and strives to provide his patients with a comfortable, healthy mouth whilst also helping them to achieve their cosmetic goals. He is very experienced in treating a wide variety of dental cases, such as full mouth implant restorations and can help patients who are struggling with complex dental issues. His methodical approach, coupled with almost 20 years of experience means he has the knowledge and skills to help patients with various dental needs. In addition to this Dr Gordon prides himself on being a family dentist offering a full range of treatments from children’s dentistry to dentures and everything in between.

After graduating from Glasgow University in 2003, Dr Maggie completed further training in Lanarkshire where she has continued to work in general practice since. She has developed her skills in general dentistry through experience and post graduate training over these years. She endeavours to get to know her patients well and collaborate with them in planning treatment most appropriate to their wants and needs before going on to deliver high quality dental care. Dr Maggie is experienced in providing facial aesthetics, c-fast orthodontics and smile-tru clear aligner orthodontic system. She has been a long time believer in improving peoples’ smiles in a gentle and minimally invasive way through orthodontics and composite bonding.

Zoe qualified from the University of Glasgow in 2015. Since then she has worked in general practice, hospital dentistry as well the public dental service in both Glasgow and Dundee giving her a very well rounded insight to dentistry. She has completed several post graduate qualifications including intravenous sedation. This is something she has mastered over the past 5 years, allowing anxious patients to have their treatment carried out in the dental practice. For the past 5 years Zoe has worked in general dental practice and knows this is where her interests lie as she enjoys building relationships with her patients, seeing them return feeling comfortable in the relaxed atmosphere that she creates in her surgery. Regarding dental treatment, Zoe has a particular interest in oral surgery but can complete all aspects of dentistry with quality. She has recently moved to South Lanarkshire having been a Glasgow girl all her life and is looking forward to meeting all the patients at Woodstock Dental.
